Cookie mix recipes

Chocolate chip cookies:

Ingredients:

  • Contents of mix jar

  • ¾ stick of butter or margarine

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • ½ tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.

  2. Beat softened butter or margarine, water,

  3. and oil in a mixing bowl until blended.

  4. Add cookie mix and mix well, breaking up any clumps.

  5. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto un-greased baking sheets.

  6. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes;

  8. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

  9. Enjoy!

Sugar cookies

Ingredients:

  • Contents of jar

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup butter or margarine

Directions:

  1. Empty the contents of the jar into a large bowl.

  2. Cut in 1/2 cup of softened butter until crumbly.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg, until light & fluffy

  4. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well

  5. Cover bowl and chill for 1 hour.

  6. Preheat the oven to 350° F.

  7. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface until 1/4” thick.

  8. Cut out desired shapes.

  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown

  10. Let cool completely and decorate to your liking.

  11. Enjoy!

Gingerbread cookies

Ingredients:

  • Contents of jar

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup butter or margarine

  • ¾ cup molasses

Directions:

  1. Empty contents into a large mixing bowl. Stir together.

  2. Mix in softened butter or margarine, molasses, & the egg. Dough will be very stiff, so you may need to use your hands.

  3. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  4. Preheat oven to 350° F

  5. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.

  6. Cut into shapes with a cookie cutter.

  7. Place cookies on a lightly greased cookie sheet,

  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

  9. Decorate as desired.
