Cookie mix recipes
Chocolate chip cookies:
Ingredients:
Contents of mix jar
¾ stick of butter or margarine
1 tbsp oil
½ tbsp water
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Beat softened butter or margarine, water,
and oil in a mixing bowl until blended.
Add cookie mix and mix well, breaking up any clumps.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto un-greased baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes;
Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Sugar cookies
Ingredients:
Contents of jar
1 egg
½ cup butter or margarine
Directions:
Empty the contents of the jar into a large bowl.
Cut in 1/2 cup of softened butter until crumbly.
In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg, until light & fluffy
Pour into dry ingredients and mix well
Cover bowl and chill for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface until 1/4” thick.
Cut out desired shapes.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
Let cool completely and decorate to your liking.

Gingerbread cookies
Ingredients:
Contents of jar
1 egg
½ cup butter or margarine
¾ cup molasses
Directions:
Empty contents into a large mixing bowl. Stir together.
Mix in softened butter or margarine, molasses, & the egg. Dough will be very stiff, so you may need to use your hands.
Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350° F
Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.
Cut into shapes with a cookie cutter.
Place cookies on a lightly greased cookie sheet,
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Decorate as desired.
